Privacy Policy

Account details (name, e-mail, phone), company details, listing and offer content, vehicle and document details, messages, reviews, location shared during trips, device and sign-in data (IP address, device type, sign-in time) and support and report records.

Providing the service, matching loads and vehicles, enabling communication between users, running trip tracking, keeping accounts secure, preventing fraud, answering support requests, meeting legal obligations and improving the service.

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the other party of a transaction as the service requires (for example the shipper you make an offer to), with infrastructure providers (hosting, e-mail, maps, notifications) and with authorities where the law requires. Drivers' phone numbers are shown only to signed-in users, at the moment they call.

Location is used only with your permission. During a trip, the carrier's location is shared only with that trip's shipper and only while the trip lasts.

Data is kept as long as the service and legal retention periods require. Passwords are stored irreversibly hashed, connections are encrypted and access is limited by authorisation. When you delete your account, your personal details are deleted or anonymised.

You may access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. Update your details in the Account Center, delete your account there, or send requests to [email protected]. See the KVKK Notice for details. The Turkish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
