Membership Agreement

It sets the conditions under which the Member uses listing, offering, vehicle and stop registration, messaging and the other services of the Platform.

The Member confirms being at least 18 years old with legal capacity and that the information given is true. Carrier and stop members must hold the licences, registrations and insurance their activity requires.

The Member agrees to follow the Terms of Use, Platform rules and the law, to carry out agreed transport with care, to give the other party accurate information, and to use other members' personal data only for the related job.

Nakliye Durağı operates the Platform with reasonable care; it may review documents and vehicle details, remove content that breaks the rules, and suspend or end a membership when necessary. Nakliye Durağı is not a party to the contract of carriage.

Membership is free. Additional services such as advertising and promotion are paid and follow the conditions shown on the relevant screen.

The agreement has no fixed term. The Member may end it at any time by deleting the account in the Account Center. Nakliye Durağı may end the membership with notice for breach, or immediately for serious breach.

The parties accept that Platform records are evidence in disputes. Turkish law applies; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Consumers' right to apply to consumer arbitration boards and courts is reserved. The Turkish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
