Distance Sales Agreement

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, this agreement sets the rights and obligations for the sale and performance of the digital services the Buyer buys electronically on the Platform. This text also serves as the preliminary information form; the Buyer can read it before paying.

• Nakliye Durağı Pro membership: 1, 3, 6 or 12-month plans. Pro gives instant access to numbers on WhatsApp group listings, 20 load alerts including alerts for group listings, return load search and the return radar, market price information, priority for offers and a Pro badge.

• Stop publishing plan: publishing an approved stop on the Platform for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

• Ad balance: balance topped up for in-app stop ads and Google ads.

The name, term and total price including all taxes are shown on the payment screen. Prices shown are those valid at the time of purchase.

Payment is taken once by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment system. Card details are not stored by the Seller. Services do not renew automatically; the card is not charged again when the term ends.

The service is made available on the Buyer's account electronically right after PayTR confirms the payment: Pro time is added after any remaining time, the stop's publishing period is extended, or the ad balance is credited. An invoice is issued with the Buyer's registered billing details and shared under "My invoices" in the account.

Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. By confirming the payment the Buyer agrees that performance starts immediately and acknowledges that there is therefore no right of withdrawal. However, the Paid Services, Cancellation and Refund Terms apply to unused ad balance and to services not credited because of a technical error.

The 12-hour free trial of Pro can be used once per account; nothing is charged when it ends.

Requests and complaints can be sent to [email protected]. In disputes, the consumer arbitration committees of the Buyer's place of residence or where the service was bought have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above those limits.

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement when confirming the payment on the payment screen. The agreement is kept electronically by the Seller and can be viewed by the Buyer on this page at any time.
