Parties and Scope
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Nakliye Durağı website and mobile app (together the "Platform") and everyone who uses it (the "User"). Using the Platform means you have read and accepted these terms.
Article 2
Nature of the Platform
Nakliye Durağı is an intermediary marketplace bringing together shippers, carriers and freight businesses (stops). Nakliye Durağı is not a party to the transport; the contract of carriage is made directly between shipper and carrier, who agree on price, loading, delivery and payment themselves.
Article 3
Account and Security
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep their password and verification codes secret. The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account. If unauthorised use is noticed, change your password immediately and report it to [email protected].
Article 4
Listings, Offers and Content
Listings, offers, vehicle and stop details must be truthful. Misleading, fake, unlawful or insulting content, or content containing other people's personal data, is forbidden. Prohibited, dangerous or unlicensed goods may not be listed; dangerous goods must be carried in line with the law and ADR rules.
Article 5
Prohibited Conduct
Asking for upfront payment outside the Platform, harvesting other users' data, scraping the system with automated tools, opening fake accounts, manipulating reviews and anything that endangers the Platform's security are forbidden.
Article 6
Reviews and Reports
Users may review each other after completed trips and report rule-breaking behaviour. Nakliye Durağı reviews reports and may warn, restrict, remove listings of, or close accounts found in breach.
Article 7
Paid Services
Paid services such as advertising and promotion are offered under the conditions shown on the relevant screen. Ad balance can only be used for advertising on the Platform; refunds of unused amounts follow the conditions of each service.
Article 8
Limitation of Liability
Nakliye Durağı is not liable for the performance of transport contracts between users, damage to goods, delays or payment disputes. Uninterrupted, error-free operation is not guaranteed; the service is provided with reasonable care.
Article 9
Intellectual Property
The Platform's design, software, brand and content belong to Nakliye Durağı. By uploading content, users grant Nakliye Durağı a limited, free licence to display it on the Platform.
Article 10
Changes and Governing Law
Nakliye Durağı may update these terms; the current version takes effect when published on the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. Contact: [email protected] · 0850 840 31 08 · Yukarı, Gevrek Sk.
