KVKK Notice

Identity and contact data (name, e-mail, phone), customer transaction data (listings, offers, trips, messages, reviews), professional data (vehicles, registration, licences, company and tax details), location data, transaction security data (IP, device, sign-in records) and visual data (profile, vehicle and document images).

Establishing and performing the membership and service contract, matching loads and vehicles, enabling communication between users, verifying documents and vehicles, trip tracking, information security and fraud prevention, handling requests and reports, and meeting legal obligations.

Personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 on the grounds of establishing and performing a contract, legal obligation, establishing and protecting a right, and our legitimate interest; where explicit consent is required (for example location sharing), on your explicit consent.

Within the purposes above, personal data may be shared with the users you transact with, with our hosting, e-mail, map and notification providers, and with authorised public bodies. Some providers may have servers abroad; such transfers are made in line with KVKK Art. 9.

Data is collected electronically through forms on the Platform, in-app actions, documents you upload and, as far as your device permits, location services.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to an adverse result of automated analysis and claim compensation. Send applications to [email protected]; they are answered free of charge within 30 days. The Turkish version prevails in case of discrepancy.
